Roberto Monaco

Roberto Monaco has been a full-time speaker, coach and trainer since 2002, and has conducted more than 2,700 presentations for corporate America and over 100 presentations in Brazil. He  worked for the Anthony Robbins Companies for 6 years and in 2004, 2005, 2006 and in 2007 he was the top producer and revenue generator in the country.

In 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Roberto also coached and trained all the other Peak Performance Strategists at The Anthony Robbins Companies.

He has advised and consulted with Fortune 500 companies, executives, managers and sales professionals in the areas of peak performance, leadership, psychology of achievement, presentation skills and sales. Roberto conducts training sessions for distinguished audiences including Toyota, Ford, Remax, Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Century 21, City Bank, Marriott, American Express Financial, Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo and Chambers of Commerce all over the United States.

I had just graduated college with a degree in marketing management and yet found myself beginning a career that had nothing to do with marketing. I was engaged at the time, and started to think about my future and path over the next couple years.

I had played baseball in college and my career had come to an end after a short stint in semipro baseball.

So I began thinking what if there was a way for me to merge my two passions baseball and marketing together and actually start to create a new career for myself.

I started listening to every podcast, reading every blog, and trying to suck in every piece of content that I could. I struggled with what business to start first and I finally decided to go into the baseball industry, something that I knew that I could provide good content to my visitors. I spent the next six months endlessly searching, reading, and learning every strategy that I could.

During that time I was able to learn a lot about blogging, search engine optimization, driving traffic, social media, product creation, membership sites, and a whole lot more. My only problem? I wasn't making any sales.

Finally in April of 2010, I stumbled on something that literally turned my world upside down. This little secret, was Facebook.

I began using Facebook fan pages and advertising to drive more traffic to my website than I ever thought possible. It almost seemed too easy. I’d struggled with search engine optimization and Google AdWords, but Facebook just came so easy to me. It was simple. And the results came almost instantly.

I decided to put all the other systems I had tried to the side and to focus solely on Facebook.

Now I have multiple fan pages with thousands of fans residing on each one. My puny little e-mail list of 60 baseball players that took me over six months to generate, turned into a list of thousands of people in just a few short weeks. I was finally able to focus on creating excellent content and stop worrying about where the traffic was at a come from next.

When my "Train Baseball" fan page reached 10,000 fans, I decided that I would finally start a business that focused on helping other small businesses like you get off the ground using tools like Facebook.

The rest as they say is history. I look forward to helping you gain the financial freedom you so deserve using the little ole' tool called Facebook.

Ralph Watkins

Ralph Watkins (Creator of Webinar-A-Go-Go and Faculty and Marketing Coach at The Marketing Animals)

The die was cast for Ralph’s sales career in 1973 when at age 12 he got his first “real” job selling candy door to door in St. Pete, FL.  After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in PR in the early ‘80s, he found his way to the Financial Services Industry in 1987.
